BYND The Hill
Three days at Green Hill Bikepark. Same trails, same slopestyle roots — but built into something brands can actually stand inside.
The reason people come up the hill. Fedko Invitational slopestyle, the contest line and the whip-off — the sport stays exactly where it belongs.
Everything this guide is about. The festival built around the sport, so brands get a stage of their own instead of a banner next to someone else's.
The slopestyle brought a crowd that came for the riding.
The contest keeps its place — next to testing, expo and show, all weighted the same.
From event to experience. From visitors to connections.
The concept
An experience built to be entered. No barrier between a guest and your product.
Authentic, emotional, connected, visible — and measurable down to the single consented lead.
Inclusive, engaging, accessible, social. Riders, families, e-bikers and hikers share the same ground.
Flexible, lead-driven and built for long-term impact instead of three days of banner space.
BYND people
15.000
in-person guests over three days — plus millions online through athletes, creators and owned channels.
The testival
Beginners, trail and gravity riders, e-MTB, pros and the trade — everyone finds a reason to come, and a reason to stay.
Dedicated loops on the grounds for e-bike, gravel and road test rides. Slots are booked in the app, so every ride is a named lead.
Set routes and guided rides — gravel and e-bike, led by your brand and your ambassadors. Two to three hours of contact time per group.
All trails of Green Hill Bikepark are open — on your own bike or on a test bike from a partner.
The playground
One connected ground — booths, riding, food and show side by side. Pick an area to see what a partner can take there.
Schematic plan — final layout follows the 2027 site survey.
Activation catalogue
Every format works the same way: the visitor gets something real, you get a qualified lead. Select the ones you want and carry them into the calculator. These are just examples. We can customize an activation together.
How it works
One activation told end to end. The same logic applies to every format in the catalogue.
Camping at BYND is a paid pitch — guests book and pay for their spot.
A partner takes the pitch fee onto its budget — say a camper manufacturer.
Everyone who wants a free pitch goes to the booth, configures a camper and signs up to the newsletter.
The guest camps for free, the partner pays the pitch fee and receives every configuration as a lead.
The BYND app
Ticketing, gamification and partner activations run in one place — and they run before, during and long after 14–17 May. Brands generate leads from the moment the app goes live, not from the moment the gates open.
Sign-up asks what someone rides, what they are looking for and what they already own. From that moment your brand has a channel to a named, opted-in rider — months before anyone drives to Green Hill.
The app decides where 15.000 people walk next. Missions, XP and the live map turn the expo from a corridor people drift through into a route you can influence.
The app stays installed. Coupons get redeemed in July, content keeps circulating in September, and the same audience is re-activated for 2028 without buying a single new contact.
Brand discovery
Left alone, a rider walks to the three brands they already own and skips the rest. The app is built to break that habit: it sends people to booths they would never have entered, gives them a reason to stay, and makes the comparison happen on your ground — with your product under them.
One rider, four days
Activations → leads
Every activation in the catalogue runs through the same chain. Lead price and quota are agreed up front — you only pay for qualified leads.
