Build your setup in BYND Land

Start with the space, add what you need on site, and unlock leads and activations if you want riders walking to your booth on purpose. The price updates as you go.

Booth space

Open ground in the brand area. You bring your own build. Tent, container, truck, trailer, whatever fits your look. Enter the footprint you need and the price is calculated from it. Everything else is added on top in the next steps.

Flat fees for the whole festival, not per day. Tick what you need.

Leads & activations

The part that turns a booth into a reason to walk over. Optional but it also takes €8 off every square metre.

Optional module

On-site leads Every scan at your booth during the four festival days, billed at €2 per lead. Bookings start at 250. Set a cap and we stop delivering once it is reached, or leave it open and we bill what comes in. Brands with a well-placed booth typically see 1,000–1,500 scans across the festival.

Activations - major leads The QR scan gets people to the booth. An activation is what keeps them there and ties them to your brand. The app runs all year, so activations are not limited to the four festival days. Pick what you are interested in. Everything is quoted individually, depending on the build and how much of our crew it needs.

Before the festival

Feb – May 2027

Digital formats that run in the app while people are still planning their trip. You collect contacts weeks before anyone drives up the hill.

On site

Everything that happens at your booth and on the grounds. The QR check-in is covered by the €2 volume above. An activation on top of it is quoted separately, together with the leads it brings in.

After the festival

From June 2027

The app stays installed. The same formats keep running through the off-season and reach the people who missed your booth.

Activation leads are quoted separately. The €2 price covers the QR check-in on site. Everything you note here before, on top of the on-site volume and after the festival is a preliminary number. Volume and price per lead are set together with you once we know what the activation looks like.

What do riders get out of it? An incentive lifts scan rates a lot. Everything here is optional, and you can bring your own.

Only contacts who actively agreed to the handover are passed on. That is the law, and it keeps the list clean.
